  • Wiggins' Weekly Warrior News

It is hard to believe we are finishing the fall semester at OCHS.  Our students have once again demonstrated why they are the best student body in the state of Georgia.  Our fall sports were very successful and our winter sports teams have started successful seasons as well.  Once again, the Oconee County School System finished at the top of the state in SAT and ACT scores.

Our faculty, staff, student body, parents and clubs have once again demonstrated community service through our canned good drive to benefit ACTS, Operation Christmas Child and our Secret Santa program.  The lobby of OCHS is beginning to fill with toys for needy children.  It is a wonderful tradition at OCHS!

Good luck to our students on their final exams!

    Go Warriors!

  • Business Guest Speaker

"Certified Financial Planner, Kevin Frutiger of Ameriprise, served as a guest speaker for the Intro to Business & Technology class on December 1. Mr. Frutiger spent the class period discussing the importance of budgeting, making wise financial decisions and retirement planning. He also held a very interactive and informative Q&A session with the students. Thanks to Mr. Frutiger for taking time out of his schedule to help bring this very important knowledge to our students!"
